Clinton Edward "Bud" Berger, 81, of Greenbrier, died Friday February 10, 2012 at his home. Funeral services will be conducted Sunday February 12th at 2:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Dr. Alec Cort officiating. The family will receive friends on Sunday from 1:00 p.m. until service time at the funeral home. Mr. Berger was born March 5, 1930 in Wellington, KS to the late Harold H. and Mildred Elsie Erwin Berger. He was a retired sales manager from Norton Christensen, where he covered the North, Eastern, and Western sales areas. Mr. Berger was of the Baptist faith. He served in the U.S. Army during the Korean Conflict and was a Kentucky Colonel. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother: Clifford Warren Berger and by his sister: Evelyn Evon Keyes. Mr. Berger is survived by his wife of 61 years: Evelyn Snyder Berger of Greenbrier, son and daughter-in-law: Rick and Ginger Berger of LaVergne, sister: Marian Cantrell of Tucson, AZ, grandchild: Derrick Berger.
