Edwina Ledford Warren, 92, of Adams, died Monday February 13, 2012 at NHC in Springfield. Funeral services will be conducted Thursday February 16th at 3:00 p.m. in the Oakhurst Chapel of the Robertson County Funeral Home with Tim Harris officiating. Interment will follow in Adams Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Wednesday from 4:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. and on Thursday from 12 noon until service time at the funeral home. Mrs. Warren was born September 11, 1919 in Todd County, KY to the late Carter Henry and Fannie Myrtle Young Ledford. She was a retired seamstress from Acme Boot and was a member of Red River Baptist Church. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband: George Newton Warren and her siblings, Sally Haley, Alice Haley, William Ledford, Ruth Wix, Norris Henry Ledford, and Oscar Ledford. Mrs. Warren is survived by her son and daughter-in-law: George Henry and Vickie Warren of Greenbrier, sister: Mary Helen England of Smithville, grandchildren: Heather Patterson and Lindsay Gainous, great grandchildren: Ethan Patterson, Addyson Gainous, and Anyston Gainous.
